Including; depression, mood swings, hallucinations, suicidal thoughts, panic attacks, restlessness, anxiousness, loneliness, and self-hate among others. So, if you happen to have some of these symptoms, do not worry because there is help out there for you.
A psychiatrist will evaluatue you to make a diagnose to determine what you are suffering from. Depending on your problem, different treatments can be used. You may receive psychotherapy which is commonly known as talk therapy or medications or both.
If you receive talk therapy, you will attend sessions either on a weekly to monthly basis depending on your situation. The important thing is to know what you are aiming for work towards it. It may be hard, but with time you will get there. Finding a support group in your community may also be helpful.
Your psychiatrist may prescribe medication such as mood stabilizers or antidepressants among others. Note: self-medication is not recommended.
